kime Phosphor : I experienced that too with plastic cages, metal cages are much better.

You basically just solved the problem of having to actually go through getting a frenum or PA piercing. Many people are afraid of getting that pierced since it's the sensitive area and also a lot of people are afraid of getting infections near that area. This is a much better alternative.
